“I Believe…” Series

questioning guy“I Believe…”

Can we really speak about God as creator? What’s so special about Jesus? Since when has the church been good news? Can the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus really have meaning for us today? We will explore these questions and more through the Apostle’s Creed. There are three different ways for you to explore the Christian faith in our “I Believe…” Series. 1) On the following Sunday mornings our sermons at our 10am Parish Communion will focus on questions like the ones above (Sept 15th, Sept 22nd, Oct 6th, Oct 13th and Oct 27th); 2) On Tuesday evenings, beginning with a meal at 7.30pm, there are discussion groups for those who want to “delve deeper” into these questions. The group meets at St Michael’s Vicarage. Please email Jonathan to indicate your attendance; 3) On the following Wednesday evenings you can join our Alpha Course as a way of entering (or re-engaging with) the Christian Faith (Sept 18th, 25th, Oct 9th, 16th, 23rd,  Nov 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th). Please email James for more information and to register.
